Mr. Paulencu was employed at Deloitte LLP for 39 years, and served as audit partner for the past 31 years. Mr. Paulencu served in many leadership capacities in the Edmonton office including office managing partner for 10 years, and has provided audit, accounting, tax and advisory services to both public and private companies. Mr. Paulencu has also served as audit partner for several public corporations and large privately-held corporations. Mr. Paulencu served as President of Baseball Alberta for eight years ending November, 2016; serves as Vice President with Baseball Canada and serves on two advisory Board of Directors for large privately-held companies in the real estate and manufacturing industries.

Mr. Romanzin is an independent Calgary businessman who serves as a director of Crescent Point Energy and Petrowest Corporation. Previously, he held a variety of senior roles with the TSX Venture Exchange, including Executive Vice President and Acting President, and was the Executive Vice President of the Alberta Stock Exchange, prior to its conversion.
Formerly, Mr. Romanzin served as a director of FET Resources Ltd., Ketch Resources Ltd., Ketch Resources Trust, Cadence Energy Inc., Trimac Transportation Ltd, Kereco Energy Ltd. and Flowing Energy Corporation. Mr. Romanzin is a Chartered Accountant, a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Alberta and he holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Calgary.

Dale Nolan, GSC
Mr. Nolan is a founding director of Athabasca Minerals Inc., and has been involved in the gravel, transportation and construction business for over 35 years.
Mr. Nolan is president of the Hopkins Group of Companies ("Hopkins"), a Lacombe, Alberta based company that incorporated in 1966. Hopkins develops gravel pits and performs custom crushing of aggregate. Hopkins has crushed for numerous counties and municipal districts throughout Alberta, and has provided services to Alberta Transportation for various road construction projects for over 50 years. Hopkins also supplies transportation services to deliver gravel and move oilfield equipment throughout Western Canada.
Mr. Nolan has served as director and president of the Alberta Sand and Gravel Association as well as director of the Alberta Roadbuilders & Heavy Construction Association.
Mr. Nolan is currently working towards his MA in Leadership and Management studies from Briercrest Seminary.

Robert Beekhuizen is CEO of Athabasca Minerals Inc, and has 30+ years industry experience including prior senior executive roles with AltaGas, Granite Construction, Fluor, Husky Energy, and Flint/URS. Robert has managed and directed organizations and multi-billion dollar capital programs with responsibilities encompassing engineering, procurement, fabrication, construction, commissioning & operations. His sector experience includes international and domestic ventures in Oil & Gas, Oilsands, Refining, Midstream, Power, Mining, and Infrastructure. Robert has successfully established sanction requirements for Owner and Contractor organizations at Board levels, and has been appointed to the Board of wholly-owned subsidiaries. He has successfully tendered and negotiated individual risk-based contracts of $1 billion. His expertise includes organizational development & performance management, integrated delivery of major capital programs, and contracting models that align the supply chain with a collective commitment to achieve and preserve stakeholders' value.
Robert is a registered professional engineer (APEGA), and holds BSc, B.Eng and M.Eng degrees, with graduate school specialization in Project Management. He has been a guest lecturer in Project Management, Construction Management, and Procurement (Tendering) at the University of Calgary in both the Engineering and MBA faculties.
William Woods, CMA

Mr. Woods holds a certified management accountant designation from the Society of Management Accountants of Manitoba, and has over 18 years of experience as a chief financial officer, vice-president of finance, controller and administration superintendent. Mr. Woods has extensive expertise in business start-ups and expansions and is well versed in IFRS (international financial reporting standards), United States GAAP (generally accepted accounting principles) and TSX Venture Exchange regulatory requirements.
Deborah Rodrigo, CPA, CA

Ms. Rodrigo is a CPA, CA with over 25 years' experience including Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary positions for both public and private companies. Ms. Rodrigo's executive management experience extends to countries including Canada, U.S., U.K., Nigeria & Brazil. Ms. Rodrigo has experience in strategic planning, financial reporting and analysis (IFRS), cash flow forecasting, business development, human resources, M&A, risk management and management information systems. Ms. Rodrigo has also raised the required growth & operational capital in both the public markets and privately in support of business growth in both Canada and the United States.
Ms. Rodrigo teaches governance in the JR Shaw School of Business BBA program. Ms. Rodrigo has been a board member on eight Not-for-Profit corporations in the past 25 years and is currently a director of Financial Executives International ("FEI"), Edmonton Chapter and also serves on FEI's National Governance and Risk Management Committee. Ms. Rodrigo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Toronto.
Mark McCallum, CET, NCSO

Mr. McCallum is registered with the Association of Science and Engineering Technology Professionals of Alberta as a practicing certified engineering technologist and is registered with the Alberta Construction Safety Association as a certified National Construction Safety Officer and Safety Auditor. He has more than 20 years management experience in aggregates mining and exploration, labour market development and communications. He is a graduate of the civil engineering technology program at the Northern Alberta Institute of Technology and currently serves as a Board of Governor for the Rupertsland Institute.
